The board is publishing this draft of the Rules and Regulations and Architectural Guidelines and requesting that all members carefully review the draft and submit their comments to the board prior to the April 15, 2014, meeting of the board. At that time the board will consider all input received from the membership, revise the document as may be appropriate, and then adopt the Rules and Regulations and Architectural Guidelines which will become effective immediately upon their adoption.
